Here are some sketches i did to rough out my characters. The top image is a few gestures and rough designs for the religious faction. The outlined image at the bottom fright is the final concept for the male troopers. The middle images displays a front and back view of the female trooper. Bottom right corner is a possible outcome for other faction(most likely will be changed of more fleshed out in the future).
The bottom image contains the concepts for the two types of guns the religious faction troopers will carry/use. Top: pistol type, bottom: rifle type.
